01 / THE CONTEXT
The website.
The Planning Network is a public resource platform from Partners for Planning for people with disabilities and their families. Its content spans planning for adulthood, community relationships, funding and support, and legal and estate considerations. Webcast listings, action guides, and personal stories offer several ways to learn. Organization and professional directories complement the educational material by helping families discover relevant support and planning connections.
02 / THE PEOPLE
Who it serves.
People with disabilities, family members, and caregivers seeking understandable planning resources, especially Ontario families researching future support, community inclusion, financial preparation, and life transitions.
03 / THE EXPERIENCE
